My approach to therapy is warm, collaborative, and strengths-based. I want therapy to feel like a space where you can show up honestly. Together, we’ll work toward better self-understanding, more effective coping tools, and a stronger sense of confidence and direction.
I work with kids, teens, college students, and adults navigating anxiety, perfectionism, ADHD, relationship challenges, identity exploration, low self-esteem, and major life transitions.
