Not your average therapist! After stints in sales, waiting tables, moving jobs and driving trucks, I started as a social worker. My career began as a counselor in homeless shelters and alternative high schools in Brooklyn. I learned to treat every form of trauma head on, dismantle depressive thoughts, and turn anxiety into confidence. I have walked with grief and wrestled with addiction. I’ve had many great mentors from Radcliffe stacking produce in the grocery store to the brilliant CBT expert Dr. Yun. My journey to help others has had many stops but it has led me to where I need to be. Let me help you find that for yourself!
