I believe the therapeutic process is most successful when it is founded on a trusting, authentic, and collaborative relationship, where my clients feel comfortable expressing their thoughts and feelings in a safe and nonjudgmental environment. I utilize cognitive behavioral therapy, along with a range of other therapeutic techniques to individualize the therapy process for each client. Perhaps you're down, anxious, heartbroken, or unsure how to proceed, maybe you're unsure about the future of a relationship, or just feel that you aren't living the life you were meant to lead. Whatever your needs may be, we are here to work with you where you are at at this moment. Therapy is a process of growth and self-discovery and we promote behavioral transformation by encouraging an inquisitive outlook and the adoption of new strategies and responses. We have the tools and professional experience to help you get moving in a positive direction.
We all have our reasons for seeking help. Maybe Depression or anxiety have weighed you down. You may be mourning a great loss. Or contemplaitng a major change in your life. Maybe you experience pain in your closest relationships. Or a conflict in your life seems to follow you wherever you go. Whatever your reason, therapy can help carve a path toward a more fulfilling life. We are changed, for better or worse, by every relationship in our lives. And my hope is that our relationship will bring about the healing you seek. My name is Zach Burck. I am a licensed mental health counselor. I provide individual therapy, both in person and virtually, to Indiana residents. I work in long-term depth therapy to go beyond coping and create lasting change. I use psychodynamic therapy to deepen understanding of the problems you face through exploration of your thoughts, feelings, fantasies, dreams, and relationships. This process can help you develop more self-awareness, heal old wounds, foster more intimate relationships, and live a more fulfilling life.
If you want a zillenial therapist who is chronically online but also a pro at helping you get your life together, I might be the one for you! I work with creatives of all kinds who've experienced trauma or are navigating high stress environments. I have immediate daytime openings for clients anywhere in Indiana and Missouri.
My first priority is that you feel SAFE in this space. We won't dive into the deep end on day one. Instead, we’ll go at your pace, focusing on building a space where you feel safe enough to exhale first. My goal isn’t to 'fix' you (because I don't believe that you are broken), but to partner with you in figuring out what’s getting in the way of the life you want. I specialize in working with people who are skeptical of the therapy process, nervous about opening up, or people who haven't had the best experiences in the past with treatment and maybe think therapy isn't for them. Additionally, most of my clients come to me with issues related to trauma, grief, anxiety, depression and addiction. Kix is a therapy dog who joins me at work every day too and would be happy to join you in session! But don't worry - he can also take a nap during your session if you prefer.
Hi, I’m Michaela (she/her) and I have been in the field of Mental Health and Social Work for over 12 years. I have experience working with individuals experiencing anxiety, challenges with adjustment, depression, bipolar disorder, and borderline personality disorder. I have traveled the world extensively and bring my experience as a 1st generation American to my practice. My therapeutic approach centers around helping clients move toward a life they find fulfilling. I believe this can be achieved through interactive & solution-focused feedback. I place a high value on emotional regulation and its impact on our daily lives. You can anticipate learning about radical acceptance and other DBT skills! I show up to my practice as my authentic self and encourage you to do the same. I view you as the expert on yourself. I'm here to empower you through psycho-education, skills training, and feedback. I am comfortable exploring therapy through a faith-based lens. I look forward to partnering with you on your journey towards self-actualization, and healing.
My main areas of focus are working with those who are struggling with anxiety, depression, anger management, self-esteem, codependency, gender identity, emotional regulation, ADHD, Autism, and relationship issues. I use a lot of psychoeducation to help you build yourself a toolbox of resources to help you get through the demands of college courses. Talk therapy to empower my clients and help them learn why they are experiencing whatever it is that they are experiencing.

Everyone deserves a safe place to explore their thoughts and feelings. I believe clients are the experts in themselves and I provide a safe space to explore thoughts and feelings without judgment. One request I may ask of clients when we work together is that labels like “right” or “wrong” are strongly discouraged in sessions. Letting go of those labels in session is an important part of creating that safe space. The most common struggles of the people I work with include Borderline Personality Disorder, PTSD, struggles with assertiveness, gray-area substance use, and anger outbursts. The other mindfulness practices can help with managing anxiety, impulsivity, and intrusive thoughts. As your recovery evolves in stages, your treatment will too. I am a Licensed Mental Health Counselor and have been practicing since 2018. My specialties include Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), Trauma Focused Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (TF-CBT) Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT) and narrative therapy, as well as other mindfulness practices.

I am a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) who seeks to provide a safe and protected space that allows individuals to engage on a journey of emotional, psychological and spiritual exploration. I use a combination of mind-body approaches including mindfulness, Dialectical Behavioral Therapy (DBT). hypnotherapy, dream work, shamanic healing practices and energy work to help people identify and alter beliefs, thoughts, feelings, behaviors, judgments, and painful memories that stand in the way of living one's life. This work allows wounds to heal, helps a person break free from the destructive and unhealthy patterns and moves the person toward a greater sense of emotional and spiritual well-being. I use this bio-psycho-spiritual approach to address the body, mind, and spiritual aspects of a problem and to provide a way for individuals to discover and heal the root causes or those sensitizing events that are often contributing to or fueling the current problems. This encourages the potential for a more whole and integrated person to emerge.
